Jacob Seward is the Rail Divisional Manager. Before joining the world of recruitment, Jacob undertook a four-year apprenticeship with Rail Door Solutions and Railcare as an apprentice Engineer. Jacob has first-hand experience working across rolling stock from full overhauls to specialising in specific train door builds. On completion of his apprenticeship, Jacob received a Level 2 and 3 in Engineering and also completed a Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques.
Jacob and the rail team at TXM specialise in providing contingent and permanent candidates to the Rolling Stock industry, supporting clients with new train builds, train refurbishment/ product upgrades and train maintenance projects across the UK network. Jacob's team recruit blue-collar and white-collar engineering roles including Mechanical/Electrical Fitters, Technicians, Testers, Production/Project Engineers, Production/Project Managers and more.
